I asked for side-swoop curtain bangs and came home with thick fringe micro-bangs. If you don’t know how to do something, say so instead of ruining someone’s hair and self confidence. Suffice to say, I am never coming back here or recommending this place. And i sincerely hope Darlene never touches scissors again.
So happy to find Serena is at this spa. I had massages with her at another facility and was thrilled to find her here! She is so gifted and gives the best and most relaxing massage!
Serena is an amazing masseuse. Highly recommend. Those tiny fingers get all the right places with just the right pressure! So calming
I absolutely love Jess. She took my jacked up hair and made it perfect. She instantly knew what color and cut would look good on me. She educated me on the process every step of the way. Her rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon and this stylist. Thank you Jess. I'll see you soon!!!
Been customers for 5 years. The experience has been deteriorating every year. Good masseues are let go, horrible ones have been hired in their place. The decor has been half redone but never finished. They just raised prices 15% and also managed to screw up our couples booking for my birthday. Prices go up and quality goes down? We go elsewhere.
