Put 700 miles on my truck. Leaking roof. Broken antenna. Truck was delivered super filthy. Was told they would pay for a detail. Nothing. Jack is the contact. He will not answer his phone. But they did accept my check. Funny worst experience ever!!

I gave them my car at the beginning of October and got it back end of December. They never let me know of the progress so I had to contact them and it was just excuse after excuse from the owner and GM. When they did give my car back they said the moldings would arrive in January and they’d attach em then. So they attach the old beat up moldings in some spots in the mean time. I tell them the hoods on wrong, the inside light wasn’t reconnected, the back window wasn’t tinted, the tow cap wasn’t replaced and still no moldings ... read more

ABSOLUTELY recommend them- 100%! Professional from beginning to end of experience. The ability to have access to a loaner car as part of this process was a game-changer. And my car looks stunning, like brand new. The thing I loved most was the regular emails/texts that said where the car was in the process. I TRULY hope I don't need this service anymore, but rest assured that if I do, I'm making one call, and it's to Hail Solutions Pflugerville. Thanks guys...
