Great service every step of the way! I worked with Ace, who started by coming out to my home to do a general assessment. He let me know due to the amount of hail damage and age/value of the car, it would likely be deemed a total loss. He was very helpful in explain long what the whole process would look like since I’d never had hail damage before. I’m an owner of a 2500 Dodge Ram. I had never experienced hail damage before until May of 2024, I was devastated, to say the least the morning I come out and see my sweet black truck all dinged up by the damage. Got my car back looking new after a very bad hail storm. Also, was in contact with me weekly through the process. Providing car service through out the whole process. So I was very pleased and would recommend others to use them also for there hail problem. Now I can feel good about driving my car around again. It's the little things to me and they fixed it. I had a great experience working with Hail Medic, and Casey in particular made the whole process seamless. They provided a rental car, handled communication with the insurance company, and kept me updated every step of the way. The insurance process was a bit tricky and confusing, but the team was incredibly reassuring and walked me through everything.
