HailMedic did an outstanding job fixing the hail dents and cracked windshield on my car. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Rich is incredibly professional and hands-on, making sure every detail is perfect and the whole process is smooth from start to finish. He even made sure I received OEM parts. Highly recommended!
Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with! He not only came out to my home to assess the vehicle but also made the process of getting my rental, handling the insurance, and getting my vehicle in and out of the shop quick and efficient. Ladies, beware of this body shop. I dropped off my new car here for hail damage repair, waited 5 months for it to be finished and when I finally got it back, the interior of my new car was filthy. The passenger seat has a stain in the fake leather and the headliner has dirt finger prints on it. I think they left it outside with the windows open. The interior is filthy. I have a 2011 Shelby Cobra GT500 that had pretty significant hail damag. I was looking around a few shops, and Matt from hail medic hit me up first and was very straight forward and super easy to communicate with. He drove an hour all the way to Elizabeth where I live and looked at all the damage on my car he was able to give me a fairly close idea on how much it would cost to repair my vehicle considering I was going to pay with cash, and if it would be repairable.
