A Hail Medic rep (Chris) approached me in the Walmart parking lot and gave a great break down of what Hail Medic services offers. I was approached by Anthony from Hail Medic at a car wash after the bad hail storm we had back in April. We set up a free consultation a few days later and then the following week we met at Hertz so I could get a rental (which they 100% paid for along with covering my deductible). They had my car for 14 days (within the estimated time to do the repairs). They contacted and dealt with my insurance for me (which was very much appreciated). Experience there was pretty solid and professional 10/10, Garrett and Devin helped me out through each step of the process. It's true, I got my hail damaged car fixed at no cost to me. Hail Medic worked directly with my insurance company and once a settlement was established they had the car for about two weeks for the repairs. It looks brand new, like nothing happened. I highly recommend Hail Medic!
