Hail medic was great to work with. Su did a great job explaining the process from start to finish. He worked with my insurance and provided me with a rental car while they repaired the hail damage. Su kept in contact with me for the duration of the repair. Su delivered on everything that he promised. My vehicle looks like new. I would highly recommend them. Ask for Su, if you can!
Ran into Kent at the gas station and he asked if we ever thought about getting the hail dents out of my Yukon. We had told him yea but it was such a hassle with other places. He explained to us how Hail Medic works. We decided to give it a go. They arranged everything for us with the rental car and the call to insurance. All we had to do was show up. Hail Medic is awesome! Josh was extremely helpful and straightforward in the hail repair process. I had extensive damage and they handled everything perfectly. The repairs have now been completed and my car looks immaculate. They were very thorough. On the day I was to pick up my car, Josh let me know he could not be there but that Eli would be. The work on my vehicle for the hail damage looked like it was well done yet the business aspect of it was extremely shady. The rental they gave me was to come from what I was told Enterprise just to find it was from a place they used Commerce auto rental. When I picked up my car and dropped off the rental no one was there besides the body shop guy to check in the rental. There was no damage done to the rental when I left it Saturday morning.
