The owners and upper management really take pride in this business. I did have communication issues initially with some company Personnel but overall everything was handled professionally.
1st of all my experience with hailmedic didn't begin until I met Tori! She's an amazing individual who can not be boxed in,her character & charisma are unmatched! Her genuine & authentic personality deserves 5 stars alone. But the work that you all did on my truck is marvelous! It appeared to be brand new! I am so pleased that I would recommend you all to everyone that needs repairs,can't thank you enough for top tier work! All HAIL MEDIC!
Got my Rav-4 back a week ago (late on posting a review) from Hail Medic and looks perfect! Ryan was so helpful, a great communicator, and most importantly, worked diligently with my insurance to ensure a smooth repair process. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Ryan and the Hail Medic team!
