I would not recommend Hail Medic based on my experience. I was approached by a representative at a gas station regarding hail repair after the May storm, and from there I worked with their rep, James. I was told my vehicle would be in their shop for 7–10 days and that I’d receive a rental during that time. They did set me up with a rental and dealt directly with insurance. Wow! I am so pleased with their work! My car looks incredible both inside and out! They were so professional and responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone needing PDR work.
They came out quickly to assess my vehicle, but from the moment I got into my rental car it went downhill. The expected communication was not completed. I called with questions, and got no reply. The Hertz rental they facilitated charge me 280$ and the hail medic agent did not inform me about the hertz insurance policies (he was standing right next to me as I got the rental).
