I am disappointed with my experience at Hail Dent Pro - Pearland & Friendswood. While the quality of the dent repair appears acceptable, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I provided Progressive’s estimate before dropping off my 2025 Toyota Sequoia, yet I received very few proactive updates during the repair.
