The original Haiku, opened to much anticipation in the spring of 2005 located at Bronxville in Westchester county New York. The restaurant received a "very good' from the New York Times. Clean lines, light wood, open windows and a row of simple Isamu Noguchi - style paper lanterns create a modern airy feel that complements the restaurant's fresh take on Pan-Asian cuisine.

The red vegetarian curry tasted fine going down. It wasn't anything special, but it was better than would be expected for a restaurant in the burbs. However, about 4 hours later, and 2 hours after that, and another 2 hours after that, I had the opportunity to see how poorly I chew my food. The people at dinner who ordered the... read more
Nice decor, ok food – On a recent visit to Bronxville I tried this Pan Asian restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, very busy at lunchtime, but comfortable. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good either, not something I would order again. For such a nice looking, busy restaurant I expected the food to be far better, but the options for As... read more
