Very over priced frames. Very poor customer service. Had exam done and was informed that their "system" was down and the staff was unable to process my debit card for payment. The receptionist was rude and unwilling to offer any other options. She wrote down my debit card number, expiration date, and CVV number on a post-it note. I was uncomfortable and was not offered any kind of receipt due to the system being inoperable. When I requested a receipt I was informed that none was available.
