I am giving 1 star not because of poor service or anything else other than that i am greatly disappointed that the stylist/colorist took a risk at my hair's expense and excercised poor judgement and recommended bleaching my hair ( vs gray hair blending balyage).. I trusted his professional recommendation and the outcome was a DISASTER ( i am not exaggerating). My curly hair is significantly damaged/ thinned out, lost it's elasticity. Joe is the best! Have not gotten my hair cut in a long time and was extremely happy with the results. I will be back!
I had my hair done by Aaron and didn’t have a photo to show him of what I wanted but I described it to him and he did it perfectly.
I had a good experience, no complaints. Staff are nice and my hair looks great.
