They wasted our time for several weeks and just gave us excuse after excuse, never kept phone appointments. Super unprofessional

I had a free consultation where I was given clear next steps: the intake paperwork, pricing, and a credit counseling link. Nothing was ever mentioned about needing my case to be “approved.” So imagine my surprise when I called back ready to pay and schedule, and was suddenly told they hadn’t decided if they wanted to take my case.
