Fabulous selection of wines and food pairings. Tried 11 wines in the tasting and had the charcuterie with a bottle of the Strawberry Bliss wine. purchased 6 bottles to bring home too!

We attended the wine cheese and chocolate tasting. Excellent pairings. The room we were in was not very comfortable, just too warm. Still, I reccomend HB.

Very warm in the tasting room as it was in a loft, with very little air circulation. The wines are very acidic, with a rough finish. Other wineries in the area have a sever who focuses on your group as you taste, her the server quickly tells you what you are tasting and walks away. Not horrible but it won’t draw me back.

We were offered their slushee wines and might have stayed but we all (6 of us) just wanted to go at that point. Otherwise the person serving us was fantastic and tried to make the best of the situation; I just wish we could have actually heard him wh... read more
