This is a nice place to live. Great location. The owner takes a lot of pride in the building. It was all remodeled a few years ago. Management is responsive and easy to work with.

This complex is so clean and well maintained! The location is extremely walkable and in such a cool area. Honestly a great place to live <3
Had a great experience living here for 3.5 years while I finished college at the U. I moved into a newly renovated one bedroom unit and loved it. The place was immaculate and had a huge balcony and on site laundry which was on my list of needs when moving. The property was kept clean which is a plus, especially having lived around SLC not all property management is as responsive as this one.
