I purchased a bonnet protecter supplied by Haigh which failed and damaged my vehicle. After dealing with them for four months to have the vehicle repaired l was told it was a fitting issue. Three staff members from Autobarn in Bundaberg inspected the fitting and agreed it was fitted correctly and was designed to fail. I will never buy or recommend any products from Haigh Australia.
Thanks for your below excuses. Still have not received anything at all. I repeat - My experience with Haigh Australia has been abysmal. I do not recommend their electrical products and I cannot say anything good about their warranty returns procedures. Dragging my return on for weeks and weeks with no communication whatsoever. Very poor interaction and definitely Not customer focused whatsoever. I look forward to sharing my opinion far and wide and hope I can warn other unsuspecting, good faith customers like me.

Absolute garbage product resulted in a $150 locksmith call out bill to remove the wheel lock the very first time it was fitted. Haigh's customer service is a joke, after sending all the details & pictures at their request the idiot at Haigh's says we should have called them at 10.30pm at night to sort the issue. What a joke, like they would answer at 10.30pm & then come over to sort the issue. Lesson learned. Don't waste your money here folks!
Well, it has been over two weeks waiting for a reply to the warranty claim on a caravan cover email sent on 23/10/2024. The cover was originally purchased through Repco, who have been fantastic throughout the claims experience. Within the warranty period of the Prestige Camper Cover 12-14ft - CCT14 (24 months), the caravan cover has disintegrated to a state weaker than toilet paper and is peeling.
