Toxic Culture That Hurts Both Staff and Members: I’ve seen how this place operates behind the scenes, and unfortunately, it’s not healthy for staff or members. The internal culture is very toxic breaks are discouraged, concerns are brushed off, and favoritism runs deep. It’s upsetting to see good people leave because they were treated unfairly. Phenomenal experience just as I had heard and it exceeded every expectation! from the moment you stepped foot on the ferry. The ride over is so peaceful and tranquil. the 30 minutes passes by far too quickly! The convenience in hospitality of the staff make everything so simple. the layout of the course is terrific. conditions were pretty good. can't really expect him to be immaculate. Played here yesterday. The course itself was great, probably one of the most beautiful courses I’ve played. But the customer service ruined the whole day for us. From the cart and bag guys to the shuttle people even the people in the restaurant. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an upscale or at any course for that matter. As someone who lives close by, as much as I loved the course I wouldn’t go back. Not worth the money to be treated like you’re irrelevant.
Did the member for a day deal and glad I did. The ferry ride, the shuttle to the course, the staff and the course was top notch. Even though i was a guest i felt welcomed to be there. The views were stunning.
