Came out to do a job for us but claim they said it was only to look if the job could be done (which we knew it could). Asked if they could come back out and give us a quote, said they would. Called back a few weeks later to follow up and they said we didn’t ask if someone could come out for a quote. Again asked if someone could come give us a quote but then again never heard. Highly unprofessional and poor communication. Would never use again.
Absolute shambles. 7 months between first contact and the job being "finished". Being told time and time again they'll follow up and get back to me once the job was agreed upon, not once didn't his happen. Not once. I don't think they have any form of accountability for what they're doing. Between the plumbers and the office staff I think they're just making it up as they go. When Matt the plumber eventually turned up with about 3 hours notice, he granted to me that I was lucky he was even there after I said hello to him. Th... read more
