I love the people at Hai Zhou to the point I just pop in to say hi when passing. Will always support good humans. Will never hesitate to endorse solid food.
The food here is not consistent. Sometimes its really good (about 70% of the time), and sometimes its just OK. I usually get the Orange Chicken and Crispy Beef. Once I got the Sweet and Sour Shrimp, and the shrimps were so small, plus they deep fried it until it was like a rock. I prefer Kenny's Sub Shop in gaithersburg for consistency.
Every single time I have ordered from this establishment, the food has been excellent. Always hot, best fried rice I've tasted in a long time that doesn't taste like grease where other Chinese restaurants in Germantown it seemed to literally their fried rice just wants to slide down my throat that's disgusting. Point blank literally my family's favorite place to order Chinese food from
