ESPECIALLY REGULARS. ALL MY PAINS AND STIFFNESS ARE GONE. ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH DOES IT. I AM 60+ AND HAVE LESS PAIN THAN PEOPLE MUCH YOUNGER. BEATS MEDICATIONS ANYTIME.
