Not sure how Dr Tran does not recieve 10 stars. I have been seeing him since Swedish closed maybe 5+ years ago. While I may have not always liked what I heard (due to my poor life style), I knew he was right. One thing is for certain, he is caring and explains issues very clearly, not to mention his breadth of medical knowledge. Others who are lucky to have him as their primary care physician echo these comments.
Been seeing him for years, as he replaced Dr. Perry Mostov, which has been to my delight, as Dr. John Hai Tran is one of the best out there. Someone who truly listens, is very knowledgeable and willing to prescribe. A gentle and kind man, one that helped save my life, alongside Dr. Perry Mostov and Dr. Jonathan Dehaan of Federal Way.
When Swedish closed its clinic, I found Dr Tran. I found him to be knowledgeable, intuitive and patient. He answers my questions, ensures my follow up appointments are set AND he reviews notes from my other doctors. Coordinating medical care from multiple providers can be challenging but I was fortunate to find a doctor who makes the effort. My husband switched to Dr Tran and he has been very pleased as well.
My appointment was the last one of the day and Dr. Tran was running late. My symptoms were really affecting my quality of life. He asked a question (he asked it 3 times) and when my answer didn't fit into the diagnosis he wanted to make, he recommended a lifestyle change without discussing what I was currently going on in my life and he told me to come back in a month.
