Visited Hai Duong in Eden near closing time, and the experience was a disappointment . The Bún Thịt Nướng was okay—the grilled pork didn’t have a nice aroma of grilled meat and the fish sauce (nước chấm) didn't really stand out. The Bún Bò Huế was disappointed . The broth lacked the deep, spicy flavor it's known for, and the meat felt very bland, as if it hadn't absorbed any of the soup's essence.
