I’ve always loved the Classic Convertable and I’m so impressed with the new products that have come out. I just bought the new blow dryer and I’m so excited to use it!!

I own 2 Hai products; the Classic Rebellion Curling Iron and a blow dryer. I love them both. The curling iron is so much better than any I've owned before (and that's many). I love that i can easily adjust the heat setting. The blow dryer doesn't dry out and fry my hair like others I've used. Happy customer!!

We purchased the KIT7105 Big Hair Bundle and the Blow Dryer malfunctioned and fire came out,thankfully my wife's hair did not get set ablaze. This happened after just the second use! We reported it to the company and they told us that we had to send the product back and that they would also charge a $25 fee. This is grossly unfair because it is not our fault that the product was defective. It cost us $32 to ship the product back to them via UPS, and this was the cheapest rate possible.
