Had an 11 o’clock appointment with my niece and sister. When books we were told we will all be serviced at the same time. By the time they started my pedicure the water was cold and it was 41 minutes later my pedicure was done in 13 minutes +5 minutes for the polish the woman started my polish while my sisters was finishing up. Upon going to pay I asked to speak with the owner at which point the woman told me she was working so I said again I would like to speak with the owner. Employees kept talking to each other in a foreign language and paying almost no attention to my nails, the owner's kid was running around everyone screaming, and I saw a poor girl get fired and screamed at just for stuttering on the phone. Found out it was only her first day. Terrible place, never going back there again. Extremely unprofessional.
