Every time I have gone into this store, the service has been awesome. Their employees know a lot and if one person can't answer a question, they ask someone else who knows. I am moving out of the area and I will really miss shopping here.
Rented a bouncy house from here months in advance and was disappointed the day the party came that the one I wanted was not in. I received a "upgraded" version that turned out to be awuful. The children at my 8yr olds party could not even jump in it because they kept getting stuck in between the netting and the inflatable part. Needless to say the kids only found the slide inflatable to be fun and safe. Upon returning we were encouraged to add insurance to not be charged if there were holes or anything wrong with it.
