I made an appointment to see Dr. Jerry Hahn for a mole on my arm that my GP had some concerns for. When I made the appointment I was told that Dr. Hahn only comes to the office once a month and this was why it took so long to see him. I'm very disappointed that I was not seen by Dr. Hahn, instead, it was a PA. I was not given any instructions as to what to do such as keep it covered and apply an antibiotic.
