RecommendedOrdered a badge. Lettering wasn't up to standard. Badge was bent at the top. I emailed and let them know I wanted either a replacement or refund. Then I emailed again and said if nothing can be done then it's alright. I would at the very least expect a return email. Nothing. Company got back to me and took care of the problem. Thanks again.
