To Josie and her staff: My mother passed 12/8. Before she passed she had stated that she wanted a private family service. We contacted Josie at Hahn Groeber Funeral Home. She met with us and explained our options. She was so compassionate and knowledgeable. I feared that a private service would not be handled as honorably as if we had opted for a full service but Josie went above and beyond to make my mother's service absolutely perfect. Hahn-Groeber was the perfect place for our family. The concern and empathy is genuine and authentic. We always felt that they had our best interests in mind. We never felt pressured or that we were just another customer. They took time and were patient as we made our difficult and emotionally charged decisions. We felt that they were family we had just met. Josie told us that early in her life she learned not to be afraid of death. Her peaceful confidence supported us throughout the entire process.
My family needed the services of funeral home three times within a year and a half. From the first phone call to the end of the funeral and beyond Josie at Hahn-Groeber was wonderful. She is now just part of our family. She went above and beyond. We can’t thank her enough for all she did. She took so much stress off our shoulders. She made sure our whole family was taken care of. Highly recommend!
Both Rich and Josie have been very good to my family as I have had to use funeral services 3 times since 2022, and they have helped me all 3 times. They are very easy to work with and go above and beyond what is asked or expected. They follow up with all documents you will need etc. We also did a pre planned and it went seamlessly as well.
