Both Rich and Josie have been very good to my family as I have had to use funeral services 3 times since 2022, and they have helped me all 3 times. They are very easy to work with and go above and beyond what is asked or expected. They follow up with all documents you will need etc. We also did a pre planned and it went seamlessly as well. My brother became very ill unexpectedly and passed away suddenly. The staff at Hahn-Groeber made the funeral planning as easy as possible. They managed all the details thoroughly and efficiently, so I could meet with the people attending my brother's service there.
