Quick Hired Hahn Exteriors to fence in our backyard. They had to rip up an existing fence and did not get the posts fully out - just "cut" them at ground level. I have a young son who could have been seriously injured, had he fallen on one. They did however correct the situation, although they were not happy. Reasonable Pricing.
Apparently they don't need the business! Stay Away....they were supposed to give us a quote for a fence, they came out and measured and we never heard from them again. I called the office and they assured me that they would get back to us. I called three times and was repeatedly assured they would get back. That is now 1 year ago. I mentioned this to someone at work and they said they had done the same thing to them regarding a window replacement quotation.
A fence that was supposed to take 2 days to do, is now taking over a week. They scheduled other jobs in between ours. We are left with a pile of supplies in our yard, killing our grass, that we have to deal with mowing around, and keeping small children away from for a whole weekend. All because they won't work Fridays.... I do not blame the workers doing the job. It is the offices fault and when called several times got absolutely no satisfaction from them. They do not care. They built a vinyl fence around my property... The office staff always courteous, great workmanship. My husband and I are very pleased.
They replaced windows for me in two homes, as well as gutters and a new fence! I'm very happy with everything - quality of products and workmanship.
