We replaced our bathroom door, and it is perfect now. After my installation, I just found a bad review here left a few years back, and I just wanted to say their service was great for me.
Bought a pre-hung glass pantry door from Hahn. Debbie the salesperson was very helpful, Bill Hahn the owner was NOT! Bill managed to install the door in the frame backwards. Would not have been a big deal if he would have; A: Taken my calls or called me back (spineless man made secretary handle my repeated calls to correct) and B: Acknowledged his mistake and corrected by flipping the glass around in door frame.
