Classic Contractor "no call" Initially, I thought we'd get some great service from these guys; the father (Don) used to always call back immediately for an estimate... but now it seems the business has slipped. The secretary forwarded our call (supposedly), but no one ever followed up to make an appt. for an estimate - not even when WE called back a second time. Very disappointing.
Great! Don Hahn is an electrician that I would highly recommend. It is easy to get an appointment with him and his prices are very reasonable. He is very professional and gets the job done right. I have used him in the past and will continue to use his services in the future.
Not so hot Don Hahn put a whole house fan in our attic last summer. It never worked as well as the last fan and now it doesn't work at all. For now, 1 star - since the fan lasted only 1 year. If they make good with their service, I'll upgrade the stars and my review.
Very good. Don Hahn is very dependable and reliable. He stands behind his work. He installed an attic fan for us and we had a problem with it. Don was over in no time at all and resolved the problem. His prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
Kudos to Don Hahn Electric and his crew! I HIGHLY recommend Don Hahn Electric. I had a crew of his come out on a Saturday and they were very professional and got the job done. I have a small child that was VERY intrigued by what the guys were doing and they allowed him to sit and watch and even explained everything they were doing.. Kids can be a nuisance, but they were very patient and again, very professional.
Great service at a great price Had a wiring problem with our dishwasher. Unfortunately the problem was not with the appliance but somewhere in the wiring leading up to the unit. Don's crew stuck with the problem through most of the day (it was difficult to locate the appropriate junction box - it had been covered up by a remodeling job). Even though the job took much longer than anticipated, Don stuck to his written estimate without batting an eye.
