NOTE: This is only feed back after an initial phone conversation. I have not done any business with Hahn. Called in to give specific make and model of car for estimate on brake pads. FYI THEY WILL NOT DO CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS. (I had already bought awhile ago) After understanding the reasoning of not wanting to do customer supplied parts, I then asked well how would it be if you supplied them then. Told me they wouldn’t do it unless I also replaced my rotors as well. (WITH OUT SEEING THEM) Turned down my business after sta... read more
