I had an issue with the amount of water used for regeneration of my system. I called and before I was charged, we reviewed the situation over the phone. He was able to resolve it. I wanted to pay him for his expertise but he refused. Not many people like him left in this world. First class, knowledgable and kind. Will always come back.
Mike and his co-worker were professional, personable and very clear about what their work entailed. The work was done neatly and displayed their expertise. Mike fully explained how to operate the new system. My wife and I were very impressed. I highly recommend them for their work and their care for thei customers.
Mike was great - knowledgeable and direct. I have had softeners installed in other houses and he knew what he was doing. He also cleaned up a messy water filter install and incorrect drain issue at the same time. I cannot recommend him enough.
Excellent on installation of new water system. Also Mike had great knowledge on how the system works and guaranteed the product purchased was right system for our home.
I’ve been having plumbing issues for the last 2 years! Several plumbers looked at the water system and refused to touch it because the original person who installed it really messed everything up and “should fix it himself”. Mike came to my house and evaluated my water system and 2 days later installed a new system that got rid of my high iron levels, sulfur and poor ph levels!
