My contaminated well was making me sick and Mike was able to recommend a system to fix it quickly despite some unique challenges posed by my old house. He and John were very friendly and efficient during the installation and walked me through how the system worked, how to maintain it, and where to buy supplies in the future. 10/10 recommend. From the very first phone call with Mike to having our system installed a few days later, every interaction with him was pleasant. He was prompt, on time, answered all of our questions and did a great job. He is knowledgeable and fair, couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. I would love to give this company 10 out of 5 stars. I could not POSSIBLY have been happier with every single aspect of my dealings with them. Mike and John were about as friendly and easy-going as possible...answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. They answered questions I didn't even know I had!!! Great communication, great products....I can't say enough. If you need a water softener, these are THE guys to turn to. What else can I say??
