10/10 recommend. From the very first phone call with Mike to having our system installed a few days later, every interaction with him was pleasant. He was prompt, on time, answered all of our questions and did a great job. He is knowledgeable and fair, couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. I would love to give this company 10 out of 5 stars. I could not POSSIBLY have been happier with every single aspect of my dealings with them. Mike and John were about as friendly and easy-going as possible...answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. They answered questions I didn't even know I had!!! Great communication, great products....I can't say enough. If you need a water softener, these are THE guys to turn to. What else can I say??
I wish every service could be like this. Mike and his crew installed a Hague Sulfur System Filter in our home. For years, we were dealing with a horrible sulfur water odor problem. Mike and crew arrived on time and finished with the installation in 2 hrs. No mess, just a clean installation. Mike advised me that it may take a day or so for the water to eliminate odor.
