We called Mike because our drinking water tasted metallic. He immediately suggested a solution and got us on the calendar for the same week! He was timely, kind, and efficient in installing the water filter. I cannot recommend him enough.
Mike was incredibly professional and informative regarding my water softener issue. I called him up on a Tuesday morning and laid out the situation with my water softener. I had been experiencing low water pressure and it seemed the softener itself wasn't functioning. He came out the very next morning to assess the situation and determined I needed a larger tank to support the size of my home. Mike came to our house to install a new water softener and water filter. He came when he said he’d come. He did what he said he’d do for the price I was originally quoted. (Even though he put in a bigger unit than we’d initially discussed!) He was professional and answered all of my questions. Highly highly recommend.
Mike was timely, professional & extremely fair. He installed a brand new softener system and replaced all rotted pipes in under 2 hours while explaining everything from start to finish. We would highly recommend him to anyone. So excited to use our new softener!
