Had their softener for 20 years, got treated EXTREMELY rude on the phone over ,, they say a past bill from 9 months ago! Why wait to send a overdue bill months later? Thanks for the crappy service! The lady on the phone needs a new job!
Don’t recommend. Got a system installed by them. Warranties they tell you about don’t cover hardly anything.. our system might be two years old. Also, the installer did not hook up the drain correctly. It drains right onto the floor and now twice it’s got backed up and filled out bathroom with water. Go somewhere else.
