We love our water softener and filtration system. Our hair and skin has never felt better. We are also saving money on having water delivered. The young man who installed it did a clean job and made sure it was just like we wanted it. Highly recommended.
SOCAL water solutions did and excellent job with our RO system. Johnny and Francisco installed our system in a timely fashion and were very informative with how the RO process works. I would 10/10 recommend them for all your residential or commercial RO system needs.
We purchased a water softener for my home in May 2020. We paid around $5000 for the system. One of the parts inside the tank broke less than a year after we purchased it. In December 2022, the entire system broke. It was still under warranty, yet we had to pay a $172 service fee for the company to come out and determine the system wasn’t working. They were supposed to order the tank in December. I never heard back from them as they said it would take 3 weeks for the system to arrive. I called back in January and nothing. Aga... read more
