Zero stars ...there's been a situation where sometime last year, someone's rug was cleaned with a mouse it. When they got home they were unaware of it until it chewed itself free and ran free in the house. I don't believe they ordered a mouse with their rug cleaning! I don't think I want my rug cleaning done by them.
We love our rug, but the edges were becoming frayed. Hagopian cleaned it and made a new binding for the edges that match it perfectly. We are delighted.
Our rug came out beautifully. Mo is easy to work with and our rug was cleaned within the time quoted.
