I have had a re root canal from Ben Edwards, and his lovely nurse Michelle back in 2021. Ben is the most kind caring Dentist i have ever had for dental treatment. I had a very complex re root canal, Ben did the procedure in 2 visits. Felt no pain whatsoever Ben and Michelle were both professional kind and caring throughout my treatment and my multiple appointments. Went for a dental appointment today at 12.15 .arrived on time but I noticed 2 people in front me waited till gone 12 .30 ask a very nice lady on reception but was told at least a 30 minutes wait as two before me I walked out This is the second time this has happened the last time the dentist turned up late but I needed a filling so i had to wait It used to be so good here not sure what is going on very poor now
Had my third visit today for a root filling .Excellent service from Dr. Ben Edwards and staff ! Have made me feel at ease at every appointment.
Very kind and considerate staff. After a decade of not seeing a dentist, I was in within 2 weeks to get all of my work done and couldn't have asked for better treatment.
