I ordered two awnings and the craftsmanship is poor compared to the ones I have existing at my home and the two hundred other homes I have inspected myself, for some reason the fronts of the clams he'll awnings are longer then the sides. so when closing the sides will not meet the front due to the size difference,I have tried to get to the bottom of why they do not match the display at Mobile Home Depo but had no luck, I would not order from this company again and will paint and refinish my old constructed properly , heavy d... read more

Mr Welch I do understand the display at mobile Home Depot that you purchased our awnings from is not our awning like I said you need to take that up with them. We have built our awning the same way since I took over the business 12 years ago from Lebruno awning and they didn’t change the way they built them either for well over 20 year’s If mobile Home Depot won’t resolve the problem bring them back to us with your receipt and we will refund the cost. When I called Haggetts Aluminum I talked to Tom and asked if I could come by the factory and he said of course. When I went to see the awning samples I was also able to see how they were made and what the final product would look like, I was impressed, Tom then was very helpful, answered all my questions and I ordered an 8ft clam shell window awning. When I received the awning it was wonderful, I have since recommended Haggetts Aluminum to other people looking for awnings, I highly recommend Haggetts Aluminum....
