I have been going through HELL with this place. they NEVERRRR call in your meds when they say they did. They take forever to get back to you when you call with an issue. I haven’t ONE time had my meds put into the pharmacy the way they supposed to. not ONE. that means they have failed me 100% of the time. I had a quick convo about my physical health during my covered annual visit. They billed it so that it was an additional charge, which my insurance did not cover. I was billed for 30 minutes of discussion on the topic, at the tune of $329. Insane. Try U of M or something else. I all year to discuss my health, and I still have to be put on a payment plan for asking a question.
