Dealership was a pleasure to work with. Gave me a good price on a new Sierra 1500 and exactly what I expected for my Enclave trade in. Timm and Dan in sales were very knowledgeable, straightforward and helpful. No bickering. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me a good deal on the extras I did. Steve in service was also great to work with when I had the steps and bed cover installed. Also very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely do business with them again.

GMC has major issues with the transmission valve body on the sierra vehicles. I had problems with my truck and the part is not available. The dealer had our truck for 8 weeks and during the first 6 weeks they couldn’t give me any type of update. GMC corporate customer care called me to tell me that there is no update or end in sight every four days. Disappointed with Post-Sale Service – GMC Sierra 2022 I purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra from this dealership, and while the initial sales process was smooth, my experience after the purchase has been disappointing. Shortly after buying the truck, I encountered issues such as a leaky sunroof and blown speakers, etc., problems I wouldn’t expect from a vehicle with 20k miles.
