After 5 years, I have had none of the bad experiences that are reflected in these reviews. The staff has always been competent and responsive to my needs. I shall continue using Haggen Burlington pharmacy at this time.
First time using this pharmacy. Pharmacist refused to give me the medication sent by my child's Healthcare provider and told me to treat his condition using karo syrup instead. I'll go back to my previous pharmacy.
They do cold call sales for your vaccines. This is really sketchy because they then prompt you for personal information for id verification that shouldn't be given out to solicitors who phone you, but when you call back, the vaccines they try to tell you that you don't have are just ones in their system, they don't confirm state records even though they have access. We have used this pharmacy since moving to Burlington 16 years ago. We find them friendly, attentive and they are familiar with our needs. They are also, one of few pharmacies with evening hours which makes it more available.
It's a grocery store but inexpensive one. The service is nice as well as the pharmacy. It's nice and bright. I wasn't impressed with the produce. They have nice Plants and Things for sale outside
