Pharmacy is a complete shitshow! Every damn month there's a problem. Last 3 months out of damn medication, had go all way to bellingham to get meds. Today even more of shitshow at pharmacy in Ferndale. App not working. Computers not working. Cant even switch prescription to another pharmacy, cause computers are CRAP. 4 MONTYS IN A ROW BEEN ISSUE PHARMACY IS A JOKE! MAKE CVS LOOK GOOD! BAD BUSINESS WHEN EVERY MONTH ISSUE WITH CRAP COMPUTERS!
12 months and they loose my prescription every single month. Every single month its back and forth and takes days to fill meds I can't no without. Screw your excused. I hope you all have a crap day
Most Pharmacies aren’t usually the friendliest, but on Labor Day at Haggen (1pm), a pharmacist (pretty sure his name was Reid?) helped me with discounts and gave great advice, probably the nicest pharmacist I’ve met. Came back today, Liz the other pharmacist was super friendly & helpful friendly. All the other staff were very helpful as well so I’m Not sure how others had bad experiences here on some of these reviews, but mine’s been wonderful, way better than Walgreens. Great job guys, keep it up!
Easy to find within the store. Staff was efficient and very kind. They were fully available to answer questions. Store was clean and we'll stocked.
