Rude lady behind counter, left for lunch slightly early, came back late. Had to wait and watch them eat for 40+ min. They need much more staff
There was one medication that I had difficulty obtaining straight away, however, they informed me that they would inform me once the order came in. I was pleased to find out that they kept their word.
