This pharmacy is okay. Typically expect to be in a line for a bit. I'm not sure if their computer system is slow or what, but every transaction takes longer than any other pharmacy I've been to. Sometimes it can take them quite a while to fill a prescription.
They implemented a new policy that when your prescription refills and you receive a text from Haggen Pharmacy, you now need to reply to the text to notify them to fill it?!? Then you get gaslit by new staff it's always been this way?!? This pharmacy is just lazy... They apparently don't want your business, time to shop for another ~
Heather always gives an unpleasant experience. I just went recently, she seemed happy and was laughing and interacting with the customers before me, I thought Ok she is in a good mood, once it was time for me to go up her demeanor changed completely. She was RUDE and seemed ANNOYED. It was just odd to me how she was laughing just seconds before, and once I had gone up she was annoyed.
They sent a text that a prescription was ready. I showed up at 8:50 and the teller didn’t even address me until 9:01am. Then he says they haven’t even filled the script yet and I have to wait 30 more minutes. Why would they send a notice out if it hasn’t been filled? Waste of my time. I think they could have better communication practices.
Very helpful and patient staff. Answered all of my questions.
