The service at Haggen Pharmacy in Burlington, WA is outstanding. I am especially impressed with the staff that administer the vaccines. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring. I recently scheduled a non-standard vaccine for upcoming travel. Celeste, a registered pharmacist at the location, called me in advance to make sure that I was making a fully informed decision. Staff never refills prescriptions they just say they are expired but when I contact my doctor and the doctor calls them it's somehow ready for pickup
Long wait times and not concerned about getting prescriptions filled. I came in to pick up my type 1 diabetes medication, the text I got said I had two days to come and get it when I showed up they had already returned it to stock told me to wait for awhile… why would they return it before it had to be is beyond my comprehension.
They closed on New Year’s at 12 in the afternoon with no notice, unable to get my prescription till the next day, they don’t even open till nine would’ve been nice for them to inform people they were going to be closed at noon on New New Year’s Eve
