These folk just don't care. Twice in three weeks I get a text saying there are no more refills on my prescriptiion, and would you like us to contact your dr.? I replied yes, both times nothing happened, never heard back, gave them about 10 days. Went on line with my doctor asked for the refill and in 3 days they were ready for pick up. Trouble is, I had to leave on a 3 week trip, before they could get it done. While I was gone I received a text saying " your prescriptions are ready" a week after I left.
