They will lie to you and tell you a special medicine will be delivered, however it never actually comes in. Hagen is with holding my child’s vital medication so they can get the $400 co pay from the insurance. They have had this prescription for 3 weeks, ordered it from the regional distribution center, told us it would be here today, and magically it’s not here. HIPAA violation: you are not allowed to state the reason for a medication out loud. The pharmacist not only stated my medication, but the VERY PERSONAL reason for my medication out loud-and everyone in line heard her. I am beyond offended and feel violated-my privacy was not protected. This pharmacist should be reprimanded.
Difficult to get medication from at times. I don't like having to call a specific pharmacist every month to set up a refill. Everyone else is kind and helpful.
