I went for a suspected infection on a saturday night (all the walk-in clinics were closed). Wait times were long, as to be expected on a weekend, but staff was friendly and helpful. Received immediate treatment after diagnosis and a continued prescription. Shoutout to RN Olivia in the ER, she made the visit feel safe and comfortable:)
I want to sincerely thank the emergency room nurse who took care of me during my visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. They were patient, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to their work. I really appreciate the care and support they provided. Thank you for making a difference!
Terrible experience. As a patient, I received unprofessional and deamining treatment from stuff and doctors. I wouldn’t choose it again in case of emergency.
You’d be better off performing a medical procedure on yourself than waiting to be seen at PeaceHealth’s emergency room. It felt like they were randomly picking and choosing who to see, with no clear system in place. I waited for two hours, and there were people who had been there even longer still waiting. Was there even a list? It wasn’t busy by any hospital’s standards.
