We unfortunately had to visit the emergency department but fear not, the amazing staff from start to finish were amazing! All so kind, patient, informative and caring, we could not have been in better hands!!!
The most worthless ER. Clear signs of infection ignored. If you want to waste 7 hours of your life only to be told your blood tests are ok like you can’t look on their app then check out with a 7k bill this is your place. Would have been better off asking webmd then going here. Night shift doctor I think got his degree for box tops. Nurses are great though. This hospital needs to be shut down.
I went for a suspected infection on a saturday night (all the walk-in clinics were closed). Wait times were long, as to be expected on a weekend, but staff was friendly and helpful. Received immediate treatment after diagnosis and a continued prescription. Shoutout to RN Olivia in the ER, she made the visit feel safe and comfortable:)
I want to sincerely thank the emergency room nurse who took care of me during my visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. They were patient, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to their work. I really appreciate the care and support they provided. Thank you for making a difference!
Terrible experience. As a patient, I received unprofessional and deamining treatment from stuff and doctors. I wouldn’t choose it again in case of emergency.
