Dr. Hagerty is willing to work out a budget and prioritize care. He explained everything that was going on, but did not talk down to me. He wasn't pushy and did not have any sort of guilt trip.
I’d give 0 stars given the option. Is it your offices policy to bash a patient for having OHP and bash their regular dentist for referring a patient to them? Is it your offices policy to belittle a patient for needing specialized care and to tell them this is “for people who really need it” when they’ve been in mind blowing amounts of pain for 6 months and need this dental procedure they were referred for?
