Dr French is thorough in his exam, truly appears concerned about my health, mental & physical. He allows time for me to ask questions or share concerns that I may have and doesn't make me feel rushed. When I leave the appointment, I feel that everything was covered and nothing was left for a "next time". It would be great if all medical personnel had his caring personality. I feel exceptionally grateful to be one of his patients.
He is the Best of the Best! He is so much more than an excellent cancer doctor. There is just something special and kind about this man. He cares about his patients in such a professional way without making them feel like a number! Thank you for taking care of my husband in a very difficult time and giving him the dignity and care all patients deserve.
Dr. Staley is amazing as is his entire staff. They care about you and take time to explain and communicate with all. They are kind, thoughtful and quick to respond to your needs. We just wish that our adult children lived close enough to use this medical practice. It makes such a difference.

I have been seeing Dr. Hagerty for many years. She takes time with each patient, so sometimes there’s a little wait, but I don’t mind because when she comes in, she listens to all my concerns and genuinely cares. I’d recommend Dr. Hagerty to anyone needing a compassionate and dedicated neurologist.
I was uncomfortable with Dr. Hagerty from the moment she walked in. She acted exasperated and impatient. I tried to be patient but when she kept repeating questions and asked bizarre questions about my existing conditions I had to leave. I have never abandoned a medical appointment prior to this. My husband was with me and he was as appalled by her behavior and demeanor as I was.
Dr. Kirby has been my physician for over ten years and has given me excellent care as well as the compassion often missing in health care offices. She takes time to listen to me and treat me as a whole person, not just a physical specimen. Over the past few years I have had some very rough patches in my physical and emotional health; Dr. Kirby treated me like I would imagine her treating her own mother. Her care made me feel safe, secure, and that I would recover. Bless her.
I met Dr. Cho in Feb.,2017. At the time, I was gravely ill and had been misdiagnosed by an ER doctor of the type of cancer that I had. I had heard great things about Dr. Cho so I scheduled an appointment for a 2nd opinion. I was at death's door when I went to see Dr. Cho and his first comment after he told me how bad my condition presented at the time was "I have hope". He said there's no cure for what you have but I can prolong life and he moved Heaven and earth to do just that. I am grateful.
