I don't usually write reviews, yet alone negative ones but in this case I felt that it was warranted. The people at Hagers are nice and well meaning, but at least in my case they were pretty useless and did a poor job in helping us to plan our vacation. The first problem is that they don't book airfare, this means that they need to call a third party for any bookings.
