A friend recommended Hagerman when our AC went out in the summer after we got a ridiculous quote from another company saying we had to replace our entire system. Hagerman was quick to respond and assess our system after we called. They ended replacing some parts that were under warranty and also made some other fixes that save us tens of thousands of dollars. They are honest and responsive. Highly recommend!!!
After the first time they came out and fixed it, got a warranty for a year. Our ac went out again about after a month and contacted them on a Saturday night. Someone reassured that we were going to get a call in an hour. Sat night nothing, Sunday no calls, Monday no calls. Beware of these scammers!!!
