Very prompt and caring service regarding air-conditioning not working. I am an ongoing customer with routine maintenance. I do receive prompt service and attention at a fair price. I highly recommend Hagerman.

I called Mike for a consultation visit after having had 2 whole house dehumidifiers ( Santa Fe) placed by another company for over 16,000.00. Humidity control was never adequate in my home. After several years of frustration with this other company, I called him to reassess. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Just incredible people. They showed up for an emergency service within 24hrs of my call. The weren't just prompt, but actually early! Working now to get my 4plex under contract with them.
Hagerman Services came through and saved the day. My Ac was out and the heat was insane. I made a call to Mike and the next day they put a new unit in. The customer service was outstanding. I wish there were more stars to give this company.
