Terry Snider is great to deal with. My 2015 Transit Connect serves our needs well. I like Terry because he listens to what I want, finds it, gets the paperwork done in a timely fashion and I am on my way. This is the 3rd vehicle from Hagen and it is an easy process every time. Also, the finance guy found me a great interest rate. Everyone there is top-notch.
I was recently looking for a new car and had the lucky experience of having Nate as my sales rep. What an awesome young man to work with. I would highly recommend to those I know looking for a vehicle simply because he listens to your needs and wants and helps you to reach your goal. My phone call was answered on the first ring, and I was met at the door with greetings.
This place is always "too busy" to answer their phones. On hold over 15 minutes for service ..... very annoying and undeserving of my business.
